  1. Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.

    However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.

    Use Case Example:
    I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
    Standard Rate Plan
    Price: €100
    Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
    Non-Refundable Rate Plan
    Price: €70
    Fully non-refundable (no refund if the guest cancels)

  2. Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.

  7. Booking.com now supports automatically adding a nightly additional amount for guests with pets. They do this using “value add” rates. I’d like to be able to create this pet rate, but my connection to Hostfully is preventing me from doing so. Please fix this issue so that I can seamlessly charge Booking.com guests extra for their pets.

  8. ’m curious if anyone here has worked with Hopper Homes yet? (https://hopper.com/travel/homes) Their travel app is huge with younger travelers and seems to drive a ton of bookings. It would be amazing if Hostfully could eventually integrate with them — feels like a great extra channel for all of us to tap into.

  13. Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation

    We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)

    At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.

    That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.

    This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

  16. Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.

    Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.

    Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

  20. Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform
