An owner wants his listing to be on a firm cancelation rate during holiday periods.
the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

When no Airbnb listing from a particular Airbnb account is connected to any of my properties, I would like to be able to remove the Airbnb account on PMP UI.

Able change the text when the minimum stay doesn't match with minimum stay requirement on on Direct booking site
When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

Ability to choose which credit cards are accepted for BDC
Right now, Hostfully always sends AmericanExpress, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover to Booking.com and this is not modifiable.

Automatic Pricing Adjustments to Stay Competitive Across Channels
Allow property managers to define pricing rules that automatically adjust rates across channels to maintain their desired price relationships.
For example, a property manager could set a rule to keep Hostfully direct booking prices consistently lower than Airbnb prices. Hostfully would then automatically adjust the relevant pricing settings to achieve this.

Push En suite bathroom (Has Private bathroom) to Airbnb

Support Airbnb's 'visual description' accessibility field in photo library for blind and low-vision guests
Our listing is across from a major museum and school for people who are blind and low-vision, which means many of our guests likely need this accommodation. Because of this (and, just being polite/inclusive writing practices generally), it's very important that we have "visual descriptions" for photos, to describe in text exactly what a photo shows. Captions aren't the same because I'm not going to say "four stools," etc. in a caption.
Right now, the workaround is just partial syncing to Airbnb, but of course, that takes away most of the benefit of using Hostfully across multiple channels.

Photo Tour Sync from Airbnb
Fully Support Photo Tour in Airbnb or create a similar photo tour in Hostfully. Currently, Hostfully overwrites the photo tour from Airbnb. The Airbnb photo tour is a great tool to organize photos quickly and assign the name of the category/rooms.

When Hostfully detects that Airbnb messages are not being imported within the expected timeframe, notify affected customers proactively.

Taxes sent to Booking.com is set to "included" instead of "not included"
When adding taxes to Booking.com, there is an option to set "included" or "not included" in the rent amount. However, this option is not available in Hostfully. The taxes are sent to Booking.com and set to be not included by default.
We need it to be included in the Rent amount instead of being added on top of the rent.

Allow existing listings with Instant Booking to be switched to Request to Book on Booking.com
For now, existing listings already set up with Instant Booking cannot be switched to RTB.
It would be great to change the settings to Booking Request for those existing properties.
