Ability to set beds under "studio" room instead of "living room" for where you'll sleep section
Add the ability to select “Studio” as a sleeping area type within Hostfully so that the bed setup syncs correctly to Airbnb without defaulting to “Living Room.”

Airbnb alteration issue
Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation
We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)
At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.
That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.
This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

Support for AB2202 Compliance – Pre-Booking Display of Cleaning/Checkout Tasks
Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.
Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.
Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

Email attached to Vrbo inquiry
Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

Proper Handling of GST-Inclusive VRBO Discounts to Ensure Accurate Tax Reporting
Description:
Currently, VRBO sends a discount value (e.g., $153.12 New VRBO Discount) as a GST-inclusive figure. Because it's listed under fees without any itemized GST breakdown, this results in tax miscalculations on our end.
Example:
The $153.12 discount actually includes:
$133.15 rent discount
$19.97 GST discount
Since this breakdown isn’t provided via XML, and Hostfully treats the entire amount as a non-taxable discount, my reported tax figures end up being incorrect. This requires manual adjustments, which are not scalable and introduce the risk of error.1 vote -
Support AIR_CONDITION_WINDOW for HVMB
Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC
Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)
However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.
In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

Centralize sync options in Hostfully & improve PMP UI so I know what's pushed to channels
I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not. Support feature where we can turn off the Instant Booking mode for Airbnb channel or not have Booking mode automatically changed into Instant Booking when connecting to Hostfully.

Ability to snooze listing for Airbnb only
I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.
However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.
It's really inconvenient.

I want to apply short-term and long-term cleaning fee on Booking.com just like Airbnb does

Remove property from google search once the account is canceled
When an account is canceled, Hostfully should not display the property when searching for it on Google.
