  1. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

  2. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.

  3. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  5. I have different property IDs for master and sub-units, but still want to keep their master-sub relation in Hostfully. It would be great if we don't push Public name of the master listing as property title of my sub-units when they are connected in different property IDs.

  9. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  11. Currently we can limit the instant booking per property for AirBNB, VRBO and direct bookings. I'd love it if we could add this to Booking.com (BDC) to prevent last minute reservations. We have been having a lot of policy/payment issues with BDC that come in the middle of the night. I would use BDC if we could limit the last minute instant guests who have issues.

  13. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  14. I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:

    X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
    Occupancy % of X to Y for a given month

    I could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

  15. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  17. On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.

    However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.

    This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

  19. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.
