Trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient fundsSimply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed. Preview feature in Message log for failed triggersSometimes triggers are failed to send due to missing factors or bugs or something else. In most of the cases, we can re-fire the trigger and guest can receive the message they need asap, like checkin instruction or pin-code message. However, in some cases, it takes a little bit longer to solve the issue due to bugs. Thus, it would be much more convenient if we can have "preview message" in Message log and copy the text and send it from our personal email for urgent cases. Triggers for keywordsit would be really convinient if instead of having to create a trigger for a message to go out, that maybe certain trigger words that guests send would be able to trigger a response. For example, if a guest forgets the door code and the send a message asking "What is the door code again?" instead of me having to manually respond, maybe that question itself could trigger a response that would auto send the door code. 3 votes

Re-add scheduled emails which have previously been deletedIt would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails. 3 votes

Delay sending complex conditionI wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations. Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost. To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. The submitted pre-arrival form (via Email and Pipeline Stay details) should be in the correct order (as in the form)In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. Enhance Zapier Integration to Automate Guest Review Triggers for Good ReviewsRequesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming. Key Issues: 
 Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
 Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.
