Trigger new messages
When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.

Translate day of week and month into the recipient language
In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.
On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.
See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

folders in template
I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

Tools for last minute bookings.

Variable in custom template to add Property Cover picture. At the moment, we have to use HTML code if we want to add the property cover to a template which is not pretty easy to use.

set a trigger to receive a notification when a new booking is created on a date when there is an existing job.
Is there a way to get a notification if we got a booking on a day that has an assigned job?
An made up example. I have a pest control service scheduled for a property on Nov 15th. I don't want to block that calendar and stop any new booking opportunities.
If I was to get a booking that included the date of that job, is there a way to receive a notification so that the job can be re assigned to a different day?

Add property listing to automated messages
Occaisonally I have to re locate a guest to another property which creates a second set of automated messages/triggers. When scrolling through one can't determine which property they are from and therefore can't delete the appropriate messages (closed reservation/listing)

Ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) - current limit is one message per event
Have the ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) as currently it limits you to only send one message per event and any future scheduled event messages will be cancelled out. This way we can follow up on inquiries as many times as we want

When creating a trigger, please keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting. It used to do that. Now, we have to check one, click on the dropdown check the next one, click on the dropdown, check the next one, etc.

Request for Custom Email Option in Trigger Actions
Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

Triggers related to jobs starting time
Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.
(when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)

Change what get's added when you use the shortcodes
When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."
What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "
If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.
