Variable to pull information on the Services added
We would like to have a variable on auto messages that can say whether some has booked a service or not. For example, we have hot tub as an additional service, and we want to notify the owners that they selected a hot tub.

"Day of the Week" message without active stays
At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".
We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

Improvements to Turnover Management
When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. Have the variables support the first payment paid in the template
I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.
I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

Triggers should fire again if the lead's dates have changed. For example "X days before stay starts".

Have internal thumbnail image as a variable for quote messages.
The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

Be able to create a trigger based on guidebook marketplace purchase.

Have trigger works for Bookings made within X days prior to checkin.
I want to send my cleaner a text when a new booking is made within a week of check in . i dont want to send my cleaner a text with every new booking because she wont be happy and will miss the important texts. lease help me do this

Option to include inquiry text in inquiry template notification

Ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 different owners
I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.
Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.

Conditions for Job Assignment
We have two listings. There's a cleaning company there that works on weekdays only, and we have a part-time employee there who can work on weekends only.
So ideally I would be able to set up two triggers that created cleaning jobs at checkout for those listings -- one that assigned Monday-Friday cleanings to service provider A, and another that assigned Saturday-Sunday cleanings to service provider B.
