  2. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  3. Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.

    A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

  4. The current template and trigger section is cluttered. You have to create the same message several times if you want to send it out via airbnb message and a duplicate message to send via email and another duplicate for sms.
    There should be only one message and a checkbox for each delivery method.

  5. Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example

    I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).

  7. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  8. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  9. Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

  10. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  12. Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

  15. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  18. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  19. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  20. We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before.
