Support listing type "entire home" for property type "boutique hotel" on Airbnb
At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

Solution for Orphan days (Pricelabs)
If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

Change the order of Description pushed to HVMI

Checkout and Checkin Instructions
It would be great if we can load check-in and check-out instructions for each property within the Property Settings. The existing Check-in instructions section is unusable as you cannot use variables within it. I would propose adding the option for variables to be inserted into Check-in Instructions and adding another section for checkout instructions that works the same way. . This would cut down significantly on the number of templates to create and triggers needed.

Set Descriptions by Channel
Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

Remove check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting for specific dates
I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

Rate multiplier should apply to extra guest fee
The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.
This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under propertie
Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.
Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

Easily switch between properties under an individual property page
Ability to easily switch between properties while editing a property. You have this ability on the calendar page, but not on the property edit page. You currently have to go to all properties, which takes awhile to load, and then click the next property. Vs a dropdown to just switch. A previous post you said the functionality exists, it does not.

Not selecting jacuzzi amenity when importing a listing with bathtub from Airbnb
Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.
I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

Create an option for a minimum reservation amount
I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.
For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.
This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

Ability to set "Hold Duration" at property level
That hold duration under agency settings affects all properties we only wanted to set one hold duration for at least 24 hours for one guest and property
