Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  3. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  4. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

  5. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

  7. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  8. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

  12. Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax

  13. When updating Description tab, it gives error "The limit for number of characters for summary field is 500 inclusive". It appears there's no Summary field. The error is referring to Long description field.

    It'd be more user friendly if you can specify which field needs to be updated, Here in this case: Long description field.

  15. Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins/ checkouts because I don't want a check-out and check-in on the same day.

    Additionally, guests often request a late checkout and an early check in. Having the separation allows me to grant the request and still give my cleaners enough time to service the house.

  18. Two separate asks I suppose:

    (1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
    (2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)
