  2. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  3. Pre-arrival/rental agreement/ payment links generated in Hostfully, are broken when being sent to BDC inbox, we would like to have those links work with BDC inbox so it can looks more professional

  4. Inbox > Toggle guest names on left - when you reach the bottom of the list - you need to scroll up to check the messages.

    My suggestion is - that the list of guest names should have a separate column for browsing up and down and not the page itself. This will give the user an easier view of the new messages or the topmost messages of each guest

  5. At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

  8. Ability to add a chatbot that would intercept messages from guest and offer them immediate responses to their inquires 24 hours a day which would vastly increase customer service and response time taking pressure off the host to be under the gun responding to guest.

  10. When system sends an emails of 'new booking', it serves as no-reply email so when Owner replies to that email, it does not send to our inbox or email.

    It would be much more helpful for the owner to simply hit the reply button and write accept or decline and we can see that reply within Inbox, or at least it can be forwarded to our email in Email settings.

  14. When I receive a Vrbo inquiry, it shows in Inbox as a guest message, which is not linked to any lead (since no checkin/checkout dates are provided) - that's by design. I want the template picker in Inbox to display in this user case so that I can pick any templates and communicate with guests.

When writing an email from the inbox, I miss having a tool box where I can add our signature + logo, or simply put characters in bold, italic, underline... add a link, etc. It would be great also to be able to add variable that automatically translates into the related data within the mail body.
    We have tool box (not consistently I've seen) when creating or editing a template, so why not when writing from the inbox?

  18. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates
