  1. bring the real information, not the total order amount. If the guest already paid something to be discount. I wish it could be automatic. Show a real statement, without have to include an extra line. What I understand is that, each time I need to send a statement to a Guest, I should include an extra line.

  2. Since I have guests who book multiple properties, and also inquire on ones they don't book, when I search by name, it pulls up the list of everything and I can't tell what's a booking or inquiry. We would line to have a way to sort the pipeline so I can see all status when i search by his name, it doesn't show me the status.

  9. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

  11. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  12. Under the Data Tab in the booking, it says "Guest Invite: false". Normally there's a URL to invite guests to claim their account. If it shows "False" instead, it means the guest already claimed the account. For a better UI, I think it should be changed to "Account claimed" or anything similar to avoid confusion.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  14. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  17. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  18. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.
