Lead Modal: search "Country" and "Language" dropdown by typing the letters
In Pipeline > Lead Modal > Client Information tab, I want to be able to type the letters to easily search for a country or language.

Ability to select the default lead status when creating a new lead.
Ability to select the default lead status on each team member account when creating a new lead.
The default is "Hold". A lot of the times we create these for a "booked" clients, and the team always forgets to change the status t in the add lead page before creating it.1 vote -

Take into account what the guest paid when you change the property on a reservation
We should always consider what the guest has already paid in the order of the same lead, even if the Property Manager changes the property of the lead.

Include option to show guest as "checked in" on pipeline
This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

Pipeline sort/filter enhancements
Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.
Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.

Pipeline: checkbox to hide Archived items
Pipeline: It is often useful to see everything in the pipeline EXCEPT archived leads.
Add a "Hide Archived" checkbox that when checked, does not show any Archived items. Even just another dropdown option "All Except Archived" might do the trick?

Manually add customer info into customer data section
In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Show the payment processing fee and Hostfully processing fee on the order
We'd love to have a feature to show the payment processing fee and Hostfully processing fee on the order directly so we can easily subtract both fees when refunding the guests

Keep the manual rent input on the lead when changing the number of guests
When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.
For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

Allow capital letter in the middle of a guest's name
At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

Add Notes in Add manual transaction at view order page
It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

Have ability to edit email address in guest profile
I want to be able to edit the email address in the guest profile, it's currently not editable and not reflected in the update of the lead email.
