Ability to send Airbnb messages as coming from PM or owner
I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.

I would like to be able to schedule an automated report every day for the day before as the property owner would like to see a daily report of bookings.

Ability to download the pre-arrival form in PDF format
Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.
Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

Support Booking.com Facilities and Services in Hostfully
On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.
However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.
This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

Adjust Neighbourhood spelling showing on new DBS
On new DBS, it spells Neighbourhood. While I understand that in the United States, there is a preference for "neighborhood" over "neighbourhood", "neighbourhood" is not a spelling mistake, but it might give a confusion and misunderstanding that it's spelled wrongly.

Allow $0 AND NEGATIVE owner adjustments
We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.
Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.
We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

Add service name in Job Dashboard (for Service Providers)
This would support service providers prepare for the service to be provided in terms of materials required, documentations or expectations.
For cleaners and housekeeping team, knowing the type of service / service name will have them prepare to dispatch X number of cleaners with X material.

Import Airbnb co-host messages to Inbox
As PM with no access to the main host account but only the co-host account to send messages from the Airbnb app, I'd like these messages to show up in Hostfully Inbox as well
It occurs that many PMs don't have access to the main host account (it belongs to the owner for example). So they communicate and manage reservations as a co-host.
If Hostfully Inbox doesn't import co-host's messages, I'll need to go back and forth between Hostfully Inbox and Airbnb messages which is time-consuming.

At the moment, changes to a reservation need to be initiated by the guest or by the Property Manager on Airbnb. I want to be able to edit it through Hostfully.

Different colors for leads in Service Provider portal calendar
My cleaners see blocked dates as well as booked dates as the same color in Service Provider portal calendar, so they never know if its a check out or just a blocked date.
It's much more helpful if we can have different colors for bookings blocks in SP portal.

Make the pre approval form mobile friendly-i am constantly being told that the link does not work and having to explain to my guest to try it on a tablet/laptop.

VRBO Listing Description Improvements
When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

"Issue a refund" option should not disappear when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled
I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

Access for Service Providers to the Mobile App
My cleaners are always on the run and it would be great if they can get to their information from the mobile app.
25 votesWe have launched our Service Hub in the Hostfuly app! We have posted a banner in our current service provider portal (web version) with links to download the app. We'll be sending more communications out to everyone this week.
Both versions will be supported for the next few weeks with the web version being decommisioned later this month and us only supporting the app moving forward.

Option to "Mark property as clean"
we would like to see the cleaning status of our properties in Hostfully. This is quite important to know whether the property is cleaned and ready to go when new guest booking requests come in last minute, for example.
