Make Editable Triggers
Right now if I want to edit the trigger I have to create a new one and then delete the old one it would be much simpler just to edit the old one

Bulk edit days of the week allowed for check in/check out
As a company we only allow check in and check out on certain days, and that applies to all the properties we manage. We want to be able to change those settings once and apply it to all properties rather than updating each property individually.

Inquiry on Airbnb
When you get an inquiry from Airbnb right now, there's no way to figure out which property or Airbnb account it comes from. When you sync multiple airbnb accounts, this gets to be a huge problem trying to track down inquiries. It would be great if you could see the same data that you see post-booking on the right hand side (dates, property name, etc)

Sent messages should not be unread
Messages I send are bolded making me think I have a new message from a guest when it was just mine. Having to clear all of those is time consuming.

Do not add Tax to either Agency Due or Owner Due.
Tax Collected is not part of Agency Due nor Owner Due. It should be left separate in its column and not added to the Total. The reason is that it makes Agency Due look like more than the % in my Owner Contracts, and they do not have an accurate number when creating a 1099NEC form for my company. When added to Owner Due, I have to Adjust it out so I am not Paying Out Tax to the owner as Rent Income.
I have to create a spreadsheet that takes that Tax Amount out of either Agency or Owner…

Remove ability for guest to re-assign the main contact information
At the moment, guests can change the booking contact information directly when booking directly through Hostfully. When guests pay the final payment, they are sent the "Guest Information" form. Guests can change main contact information. Rental agreement information does not change. This should not be this way. When I take a booking, that person is the responsible party. Should not be able to re-assign the booking to someone else.

Create report copy ability with enhanced reporting
I regularly find myself wanting to copy an existing report (say the Monthly Owner Report), make a small change, and save that as a new separate report. In these cases, it would often be very difficult to recreate the report from scratch, since the report I want to copy has been changed so much from the base owner report.

Display "check in not allowed" on direct booking site, rather than appear booked
The direct booking site displays calendar dates that don't allow check-in (for specific listings) in a darker blue color. It does not explain (to the guest) that those dates are available. To the guest, they appear to be occupied, which may discourage them from booking a longer stay.
Displaying that check-in/out is not allowed may encourage them to try for a longer stay, rather than gicing up on those dates (idea from Jaci Christian)16 votesThis change has been released to production.

Custom Triggers on a certain day of the week
Trigger to send out a message/SMS to all guests on a certain day. (Example: wishing a happy holiday, scheduling maintenance reminder, etc)
32 votes"Day of the week" triggers have been released to production in the Hostfully Platform. Find them as one of the trigger options in the Complex Triggers section.
Because they are part of Complex Triggers, they can also be combined with other trigger conditions.

Remove character limit for reviews manually inputted
When manually inputting reviews collected from other platforms, there is a character limit. Most of my reviews don't fit, making it necessary for me to edit the review - and then it becomes something I wrote, not the guest.

Pet fee
Air Bnb has now added a feature to automatically add a pet fee for stays, but because Hostfully does not have this as an option, it is not possible to use this feature on Airbnb. Can we get a "AirBnB mapping type" to include Pet Fee, so we can have this on all of our listings and better capture reimbursement for cleaning fees on pet stays.

Offer Simple Logistics Report
I would like to run a very simple, streamlined report that only shows the check ins or the check outs for the parameters entered and for it not to include ongoing stays. This is a logistical report so the teams can cross reference the cleanings scheduled for the check outs for that day or the greeters for the check ins that day. I was told this was not possible. Seems it would be a simple and basic thing to have that would be helpful.

You can update the filter and use only check-ins or check-outs, or both.
And you can schedule this report to be sent on a daily basis.

Correct the spelling in the Pre-Arrival Form
The pre-arrival form contains the below:
This guest will have visit:
This guest will have a party:"visit" should be changed to "visitors"
It would more helpful to provide users the ability to edit the pre-arrival form. I would remove these questions altogether if I could.

Send RemoteLock PIN to Breezeway
Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.
Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details?

Automatically Refund the Security Deposit
A "Refund Days" setting of X day to automatically refund the security deposti. The agent would see an alert in the pipeline and system email that an auto refund is set to occur in X days. The agent would have the options to: deny the auto refund, change the refund amount along with a note to the guest, approve and note to the guest, or ignore.

Make a preview of email that are scheduled and been sent already
This would help with testing the emails as you could see the email that is going out even before it's been sent, so this would help with all mistakes when setting up all emails.

Opt-out of lead assignment
As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments.

Display full name of listing (Calendar view). Listings w/ long/similar names look same
As a Property Manager, I would like to be able to see the full name of all my listings in the calendar view. Listings with long names (especially if the name starts with the same words) all look the same on the calendar and are impossible to differentiate.
The PMP requires clicking on the visible part of the name to view the full name, which adds lots of work.
Clicking on every single listing name to view which listing I'm looking at is a big waste of time.

One-time use discount codes
Please allow the option to make one-time use discount codes. This means that it is a specific code that only can be used one time by one person. For instance if you want to give someone a special discount code that you don't want them sharing with all their friends or the whole internet. It is used once and can't be used again.

All in one statement showing final monthly result.
I want to send a statement to all owners at the end of each month. So I want the income and expenses to show and the owners adjustments to come off the rental income. I also want the owners adjustments which recur every month to be able to stay in the template and I fill out the amount each month. Some items stay the same of course. Right now it appears that we have to create an owners adjustment for every item every month. Is this correct?
I'm looking for essentially a spreadsheet with income and expenses for the owner…
