Improve loading time for direct booking site
Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

Central location to view upsells
Central location to view upsells. Due to the amount of listings we heavily rely on upsells and it's one of our biggest sellers. We need to have a central place for upsells and reminders of when an upsell is needed for a reservation.

Visibility for owner's to see detailed reservation data
Currently, owner's only have visibility to their calendars as far as what is occupied. A lot of my owners have requested to see the reservation details (ie: channel, total fees, etc). We would love for the owners to have more reservation details visible on their owner portal.

Remove word "Hostfully" in payment link after white-labelling
I would like to remove the word "Hostfully" in payment link - bottom line "By placing your order, you agree to Hostfully's privacy policy and terms and conditions".
If the software is truly white labeled, you technically don't want the word "Hostfully" anywhere on pieces facing the customer.
5 votesThis is available with our latest version of Direct Booking Site - you will no longer see Hostfully on the Terms and Conditions link, even if it does redirect to a Hostfully url.

Messages that Fail to Send show as Sent in Mobile App
Currently, even when there is a message send failure, it shows as sent in the mobile app. This got us in trouble a few times when we looked at the app and assumed messages had gone through, but then we logged into the desktop version, and we saw that it had the red box around the message saying it had not been delivered. It's honestly hard to rely on the mobile app for much of anything except checking for booking notifications because we can't sms, whatsapp, or use templates either.

Calendar Blocking Edit Ability on Mobile (Cancel/Modify)
Currently, you can create a block on the App. However, it is very glitchy and we have trouble actually creating a block on the calendar. Secondly, it would be fantastic if we could modify a block or remove a block from the app. The app does not allow any editing or cancelling of a block until you get back to desktop.

Update Dashboard userflow of processing new leads
Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.6 votes -
auto-assign leads to the team member of your choice
Currently we can only enable lead auto-assignment to booking agents.
This feature does not work if my team is only made of managers.
Ideally I should be able to select any team member I want to auto-assign leads to, and this per property.2 votesThis has been released live.

'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report
'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report that may need to be duplicated. This is an easier customer experience than our current process of using the URL and replacing text within that URL to duplicate a report. Some of are not tech savvy and we need to consider this when making a process for user's to follow. The current process is too development minded and it can be simpler and more customer focused.

Add pipeline actions to the mobile app
It would be so useful if we could access the pipeline and do the actions allowed in the pipeline from the mobile app. It basically only allows you to view things, very little action can take place. I found it interesting that you make it so we can cancel a reservation but not update, request payment or any of the things that we do regularly. Cancelling is the last action we want to take.

- apply "pipeline actions" for each reservation, depending on their status (put on hold, mark as paid, record a payment, cancel, ...)
- edit any reservation detail
- send any template you have pre-written within your web PMP's account

See nightly price from calendar
from the app, when looking at the calendar, the ability to click on any given night for a property and see at once the listed price.

Make Owner's Payout-Per-Booking in calendar view available in Owner's Portal
Currently, when my clients view the booking calendar for their short-term rental, there is no option for them to see the owner payout per booking by hovering or clicking on the reservation. This information is crucial for my clients as they want to see what they are making on each booking/weekend, etc.
I would like to propose adding a toggle option for the price per booking view in the Owners Dashboard Calendar. This option could be located in the "Owner" tab / settings area, similar to the existing "Show guest information to owners" checkbox. Additionally, it would be helpful if…
