  1. It would be great to select a lead source when manually entering a booking rather than it just saying it is from Hostfully. For example, a booking from a lead from FurnishedFinder and a booking from a lead from word of mouth both show up as "Hostfully" booking, whereas we would like to differentiate the groups to know specifically where our bookings are coming from.

  2. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

    Please fix it as I just want it to look professional without errors.

    • If there is no previous message in the thread - the messaging channel would be default to the one based on the lead
    • If there is a previous message in the thread - the messaging channel would be default to the one based on the last messaging channel used in that last message

    Great news! You can now set Request to Book for Booking.com!

    Currently, this option is limited to:

    • New properties on Booking.com (i.e., listings that are newly introduced and meet Booking.com’s eligibility requirements). Existing listings already set up with Instant Booking cannot be switched to RTB.
    • Specific property types where guests rent the entire place, including: Holiday homes, Apartments, Villas.
    • If you are using master - subunits, or multi-unit listing, the option to set "Booking Request" is only visible in the top-level property (e.g. master unit). Still, all the child listings will inherit the same booking setting as that of your top-level property.

  6. Even if the cleaning fee amount is $0, it still shows up as a line item in the order. We would like the ability to remove it.

  7. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  15. The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

  16. At the moment, only messages from the primary guest on Airbnb appear in Hostfully Inbox. I want messages from the secondary guest to appear as well.

  18. I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.

    Sometimes, guests refused to update the reservations in the channels even though the property booked is not their current stays

    Great news! You now can move Airbnb and Booking.com reservations between different properties.

    For Airbnb, you have 2 options:

  19. The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

    Hi everyone! We're excited to inform you that lead tags are now supported in the Enhanced Reports. When you tag a booking for a guest, that tag can now be pulled into the reports. You can find the Lead Tags under Field Category > Booking.

  20. the calendar list not staying expanded as it used to. It's definitely annoying to have to expand everything again each time you refresh the calendar (this limitation only applied to units for Multi-Unit Properties)
