    You can easily set a notification for such cases by using a complex trigger and setting it up as described on the attached screenshot. Essentially you can send a notification to yourself if the booking is not paid in full 1 day before the check-in date. (you can adjust the timing as you see fit).

  2. Currently, we are not receiving any notifications that someone has inquired about availability unless we log in and look at our pipeline directly in Hostfully. The mobile version is awful and hard to navigate to see this (another suggestion I have submitted).
    If a person inquires as a direct booking via our website where the Hostfully URL or widget is being used and they are requesting info, booking direct is preferred for us. Please send us an email so that we can communicate with the prospective guest in a timely manner.

  3. Calendar widget to add bookings to our calendar. Looking for the ability that when a booking is confirmed, we receive an email with a link to add the booking info to our calendar on our computers/phones.

  4. Option to book without credit card.

    Some guests don't want to put their credit card information in advance.
    It would be nice if there is an option for guests to make a booking request without credit card information.

    => It helps property managers to get more bookings

  6. In Pipeline > See All Customers, I can have the guest's data, but if I want to download it, I have to manually click on each induvial letter, drag to copy, and then pace them into a spread sheet 26 times to pull emails.
    If there's a button to download everything upon a click, it would be much better.

  7. At this moment there is only possibility to upload one review in API using POST /reviews function. It will be good to have possibility to send list of reviews in one request.
    The limit per API key is not allowing quickly upload all the reviews for one Property Manager.

  8. In VRBO reservations, if payment is split into two or more payments, and not all of them is paid, then need to highlight past due payments and/or send payment reminders to the guest/host. Otherwise guest may come and stay and leave without host realizing the reservation was never fully paid! After integration, VRBO doesn't send those payment reminder emails and relies on the PMS (Hostfully) to handle that.

  13. As a property management company, we want our owners to have visibility of future reservations so that they can see the nightly rate and booking length. We have this setting turned on. Unfortunately, this means they can also see the guests' names.

    We wish it was possible to have that owner's portal setting turned on without the owners being able to see guests' names.

    The reason for this is because if we ended our management contract with a homeowner, we would not want them to be able to use the guests' names to search for them on Google, Facebook, etc.…

  14. Hostfully default template "Thanks for booking: booking confirmed" contain numbers, which will be removed on Airbnb Inbox, resulting in formatting issues. I want the default templates to work fine for all channels.

  16. If a property is connected with Airbnb and I deactivate the property from Main Settings, Airbnb channel connection will still be active, thus I can't delete the property. I want all channel connections to be automatically disabled when deactivating a property.

  18. When I look at the triggers there is no trigger for Hold or Hold reminder in the picklist.

    We already have a system template for Holds - which is why the system does not expose a trigger. You can toggle the Hold templates and have them in different languages, so the system will automatically choose the right language.

  19. It should have an access from our Hostfully account to the Guest Digital Guide. As I understand, we have to log in again to gain access to the portal.

  20. Put an extra description field for direct booking. As a lot of us might do very differently from direct booking to some other OTAs, it might make sense that to have an extra field so we could write something up. In my case, I will require security deposit through Superhog, while I do not do that at Airbnb. Thx
