Add "Short Description" as an available field to be used in Custom Templates.
The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.

You can always create a custom template and call it "custom property name" or "property nickname" and add a property name in the Manage Custom Data fields on the Property Main Settings. Or use the Property Internal Name (from the Property Main settings tab).

+1 this would be helpful to allow a little sales copy to highlight each property when using the available property list to send guests
