Create a View Only option for Service Providers Calendar
We have set our housekeepers up as Service Providers which is a great way to organize our cleaning and communicate the job requests with them! The only problem is that they have full access to our main calendar and have, on occassion, deleted cleans scheduled for other housekeepers. It would be great if the houskeepers could view the calendar but not be able to make changes.

The ability to share read-only calendars with service providers already exists in the Service Provider Portal. This allows PMs to share information about jobs, property information and calendar information in a read-only way. Service Providers can also accept jobs and mark them as completed. Thanks Tracy and Tony for the idea and Jon for the vote. This idea will be reviewed further next time we make substantial improvements to the service provider portal. At this time it is not on our short term road map as we are focusing on improving other areas of the product.
Many of our customers who would like additional functionality in the area in the short term are integrating with some of our cleaning and turnover management partners which can be found in the integration zone and in the screen shot below.
When an update becomes available, we will follow up on this thread.
