Remove "FROM" $XXX" on the direct booking page (shows LOWEST price)

I OFTEN have guest confused on our direct booking page "but it said (from) $123 a night, but when I clicked the dates it's $350 a night." *the somehow MISS the "from."

I answer "Yes- you are seeing the LOWEST pricing (I use Beyond pricing) for a random Sunday or Monday night."

Is there a way to show the average daily rate vs the LOWEST price on our entire calendar. This has happened multiple times in the last week. Jumping from our lowest price of the season (shown on the booking page) to a holiday rate in the quote is quite drastic and people don't understand.

I hope this all makes sense! haha

    Hi everyone!

    We are happy to inform you that now you all can configure whether the price is shown or not on the Direct Booking Site and Booking Widget when the guest does not enter the dates.

    In Agency Settings, click on the tab "Direct Booking Site" and you will see the option to "Hide price when guests do not enter dates".

    In Publishing Tools, click on your Booking Widget and you will see the same option.

    As everyone said, This is misleading for the guests, we see same issue all the time as well.

    This needs to change asap as misleading for guests and could contribute to poor guest experience and put people off booking. Please prioritize this

    I totally agree with this. I don't share our direct booking site for this reason. It shows the low season rate and when people are booking during high season our rate is a lot more. Maybe it would be a good idea to toggle whether this value show or not and if it shows the lowest rate or the average rate.

    I have done a dummy booking to test a guest journey and now my property shows from £11 - this is a big trouble for us as now people will expect book a place for a £11 pounds while in reality it is £200 - pls fix this ASAP

    or at least the option to hide or show it so us hosts can choose!

    My property owners really do not like the "From $250" messages that show on every property on our booking site. Owners are VERY UNHAPPY because it seems dishonest because when renters get the quote it's significantly more. We just want this removed ASAP.
