Access to Stay Details for Service Providers
Service Providers need to be able to see the Stay Details page - this is where we add important notes about the customer's upcoming stay - altered check-in/check-out times, need a baby cot, sofa bed made up, VIP, accessibility needs.

Hi all,
As a workaround, you can add the variable [$LEAD_NOTES$] to your notification template which is sent to the cleaners. This will pull out the booking note.
Or you may manually update the Note while editing jobs and your cleaners will see it upon viewing them in the Service Provider portal.

Definitely service providers need to be able to view the booking notes for important reservation details like make extra bed, portacot needed or early check in etc

I'm voting for this but one stay detail I do not want service providers to see is the guest's unique pincode

This is absolutely needed. The service provider may also need the guest telephone number. Our greeter needs the number to confirm arrival time and arrangements. Please vote!
