  1. Pre arrival form should not pre-fill guest email ID. This is most likely the Airbnb ID and then guests don't enter their own non-Airbnb ID. This defeats the purpose of asking guest to enter their email for direct booking.

  2. Have the leader booker review and agree to the Rental Conditions when completing the Pre-Arrival Form (not just the House Rules). The rental conditions are more in depth (while the House Rules are a basic overview of desirable guest behavior).

  3. I would like the landing page my guest sees after submitting the pre arrival form to be white labeled. It currently has a Hostfully logo and says "start your free Hostfully account" instead of "start your free guest account".

I would like to collect all adult guests staying for each booking so that, if the booking guest is not available on their mobile in an emergency, we are able to phone the other guests to increase the likelihood of getting in contact with someone. I suggest that a field be created for mobile numbers in the Pre arrival form for each guest.

  5. Currently, the Guest Database/ Guest Information page is not particularly useful, but some small improvements could make it an extremely valuable asset.

    One of those changes would be to automatically add information entered in the pre arrival forms to the guests info page, and/or linking the completed pre arrival forms to the page.

    This would allow us to better monitor our guests, and anticipate their needs.
