Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

Update Dashboard userflow of processing new leads
Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.6 votes -
Have ability to Send checkin instruction from Pipeline for Airbnb reservations
Since emails are not provided in Airbnb leads, so it keeps error when we send "Checkin instruction" every time on Pipeline.
I want to be able to send checkin instructions for Airbnb reservations from Pipeline that will go to Airbnb inbox.

Add nextpax logo to the leads coming from Nextpax integration
As a VRM, I would like to have Nextpax logo in the leads in Pipeline page if leads come from Nextpax channel.

Take into account previous daily rates and amount paid when property or guest count changes
Currently, when property or guest count changes, the rent and fees are recalculated. I want the system to take into account previous daily rates & what the guest has already paid in the order and only apply an additional fee (similar to date change).

Allow capital letter in the middle of a guest's name
At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

Add Notes in Add manual transaction at view order page
It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

Disable the on-hold on the dates when receiving an inquiry
We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

Show the error message if user enter the number with comma when adjusting th amount
When I add the order adjustment via Pipeline,
If I I pasted the amount "3,031.56" > it recorded only "$3" which is not the desired amount.if you put a comma, the system is going to add only the numbers before the comma. The only symbol you should use is the period for the decimals.
As the user, sometime I will not notice about the commas, could you please add the headup or show the error instead of inserting the number before the comma as now?

Show tax on a tax on the same line with tax itself, basically, the total tax
Hi team,
At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.
It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.
However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.
it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

Have option to show taxes in one line for Airbnb lead
As a VRM, I want to see the tax in one line, similar to Airbnb host payout record "Property use taxes" instead many tax lines so It can be cleaner in view.

Support updating guest’s email from Pipeline to “See all customers” list especially, Airbnb channel
When updating guest’s email from Pipeline / Lead view, it does not update in “See all customers” list. We have integration with MailChimp which is great and can support us a lot on marketing purpose, but sometimes I still need to correct the email address, especially for Airbnb guests and I have to update it directly in Hostfully.
However, the issue is mentioned as above. So if it’s supported to update guest’s email, it would be great.

More data of leads
It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

Add a status marker in pipeline when payment request has been sent to guests - to avoid multiple emails sent
Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

Have the option to delete customer profile in All customer list
As a VRM, I want to be able to delete a customer profile in the CRM (in all customers page) as I don't want the test customers listed there.
