Guest email addresses in emails
With the new inbox we are getting replies from guests coming to our actual email account (ie: gmail or google) which is great as we were missing guests replies when they were coming into the inbox. However if I wish to reply to the guest from my email account not the inbox their address is not their just platform@hostfully. Is there any way to have their actual email address added as well (for non Airbnb guests - as I understand Airbnb have dedicated emails)

Any progress on this? This keeps messing me up with anything not Airbnb. Even if there is a setting to skip inbox and just make messages come from our email address so it's not tracked in the Inbox. The inbox is just impossible to use on a phone.
Agreed, there is another request for this feature as well.

When guests reply to the emails sent by hostfully they reply to hostully inbox, but when we try to reply to that email we get a message that this inbox is not monitored (so the email doesn't go through to the guest)
It's really annoying as we then have to log in to hostuly find the person and then reply to them .
So it creates a very difficult workaround to track all the messages
agreed. This issue is quite frustrating and causes me to miss responding to guests
