Direct Book- Customizable Reservation Requirements
Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. It would remove so much back and forth for me if I could customize what we capture from the guest at the time of booking.

The workflow for "Handle pet fee in Hostfully booking flow" is honestly really cumbersome and not intuitive. Why don't you just allow the option to create additional fees and display those options at direct booking check out?

Phone number allows us to reach out to the guests with reminders such as the "2nd half of payment due" because not everybody checks their email. Houstfully emails end up in spam sometimes, so to prevent the guests missing out on notices,it is good to have a phone number to contact them on.

I would like to collect all adult guests staying for each booking so that, if the booking guest is not available on their mobile in an emergency, we are able to phone the other guests to increase the likelihood of getting in contact with someone. I suggest that a field be created for mobile numbers in the Pre arrival form for each guest.
