Rental Agreement should be required at the point of booking and not after full payment has been made.
At the moment, Hostfully does not require the "Rental Agreement" to be signed until the final payment has been made, but this can be many months after a guest books. We require payment of 50% at the point of booking. We require the final payment 30 days prior to check-in. The rental agreement includes rules and stipulations about the booking (hence a rental agreement). The problem is that we do not have a rental agreement until they pay the final portion. The "rental agreement" should be signed at the point of booking. Not later on. This is basic hotelier procedure IMO.

Hi Jerry! Thanks for your feedback.
It's true that when you select "Capture guests' information after payment", the form will be shown to guests after they make the final payment.
But we do add the flexibility here with the "custom templates and triggers". You can create a custom template for Pre-Arrival form (including the variable [$GUEST_INFO_URL$] ) then add a trigger with the event "NEW BOOKING" for it. When your guests make the booking, regardless of whether they fully pay it or not, they will still receive the message with the Pre-Arrival form URL. How does this sound to you?
