Notifications via email when a guest books a service via the upsell flow during the booking process
As a property manager, I want to be notified when a guest books a service as an upsell through the PMP upsell flow during the booking process.

We have set up a number of service providers and services to allow guests to purchase add-ons during the reservation process. My understanding is that when a guest books a service, it emails the service provider, notifying them of the new booking.
We have created an email alias for all of the service providers, which redirects to our primary inbox, reserve@timberroot.com. We also have the “Send a copy of this message to the agency” box checked on all templates.
As far as I can tell, no messages are being sent to any email address to indicate that a guest has purchased an add on.
This makes it next to impossible for our staff to ensure that add-ons are fulfilled for the guest. For instance, we have had guests purchase firewood through the reservation portal, but because we received no notification, firewood was not provided until the guest complained.
I’ve been in touch with support multiple times about this issue,and have received multiple, different unsatisfactory answers. The most recent answer I received was “unfortunately, this feature is not available yet” which I don’t see how that can be the case.
It was recommended that we utilize the Order Statement variable [$ORDER_STATEMENT$], which we have done, but this requires us to manually review every single booking to check for add-ons.
Given that we have 44 properties, and plan to add 20+ more in the near future, this is not a tenable solution.
