Enable Stripe's Checkout for Apple Pay
As a PM, I would like the ability to opt for Stripe's Checkout integration to allow guests to pay with Apple Pay.

Hi all, we enabled Apple pay, but haven't completed chargeback protection yet. Adding chargeback protection will require us to adopt a new Stripe checkout product and require more dev work. I went ahead and added a new idea for chargeback protection. I just went through this with Hostfully. . My issue was support for 3D Secure in stripe.
If you pay extra for stripe "radar" then you can enable/require 3D Secure and only accept transactions with "liability shift"
This is the "chargeback protection" you're referring to.
Here's the summary of what I've learned:
for direct payment collection, 3D secure is enabled in the Hostfully/Stripe integration, you just need to add Radar and enable the 3D Secure rules.for VRBO/Booking.com, etc. where the credit card info is passed through, these transaction may not be 3D Secure because the authenticity of the origin of the card number isn't known at the time of processing by stripe.
The solution I was given was to not process pass-through credit cards and, instead, separately send a payment due request to the guest after the reservation is made. This would collect the payment through Hostfully workflow and it would use the 3D Secure rules.
I think enabling apple pay would be more difficult as it would require each of us PM's to do something on our end as well.
I use whitelisted domains and so the whitelisted domain is the one I'd want associated with my transactions.IMHO, apple pay should be a separate request as it's likely much more complicated.
