Keep the public name as it is on Booking.com
I want to have Booking.com listing name the same as my public name. At the moment, it is being capitalized the first letter in each word.

Hi everyone! Good news: our latest releases now allow the listing's public name to be kept as it is on Booking.com. This means any capitalization will be kept, and the listing name on Booking.com will mirror the listing's public name in Hostfully.

This is a good idea. The existing mapping ruins the aesthetics of the title.
