  4. is there a way we can add colours in the booking on the days we want cleaned for example, so the cleaners can just look at the calendar and see what days they need cleaned?

  5. A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

  7. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

  8. Sometimes we need to use iCal links instead of API connections for channels or platforms or websites that do not connect directly to Hostfully.

    However, it causes a major inconvenience that those blocks imported via iCal links prevent guests from completing their payments via Hostfully links. Therefore, we have to ask for support to remove those blocks every time a guest has that issue or we have to remove the links and wait for guests to complete their payment then add the link again.

    It's really inconvenient and time-wasting. Is there anyway we can improve this flow with iCal sync…

  9. Hostfully has 1 iCal link showing both blocks and bookings at the moment. It would be great if there're 2 separated iCal links: 1 for bookings, 1 for blocks

  10. Unblock the check out date of the previous guest on Hostfully's website. It looks like this date isn't available for guest's to book when it is available. Worst case - block 1/2 the date for the checkout, but that is not necessary. It should only show available because that night is available for a booking, yet it is showing blocked. My owner's cannot have this.

  11. Be able to see a list of properties with the prices, fees and extras to show to a potential guest. Like the direct booking website search, but show the total costs (including fees) suited to that search

Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

  14. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  15. I have one house with 3 options of booking: a 3 bedroom option, a 2 bedroom option and a 1 bedroom option. Each one needs to block the other two. For each option, the guest will get the whole house and property and i just have the other bedroom doors locked. There is no house sharing.option.

    Master-sub relationship doesn't work because once a child unit is booked, the other is not blocked.

    iCals can help sync all properties, but it will create hidden blocks that affect the payment link.

  16. New calendar UI feedback and request:
    - For the master calendar: I want to make check out dates to be found easier=> the booking line should extend until the middle of the date (like the old calendar)
    - For the single calendar: it shows 2 months in a row now
    => it will be easy if we get at least 3 months in one row

  17. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  18. Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.

    This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.

    Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.

    What I'd like to see is:

    1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
    2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…
