  1. The transit field is mapped with Airbnb's direction field, which is revealed after a confirmed booking; while it's listed as public information in HVMI/Hostfully listing, which is confusing.

    I would refer to not push Transit field to HVMI/Hostfully in the listing and only expose after a confirmed booking, similar to Airbnb. Otherwise, Transit field should not map with direction field on Airbnb.

  2. At the moment, the Notes section is pushed to Airbnb, Hostfully, Vrbo and Marriott.

    We have different notes for each channel, especially the Notes for direct booking site, we want different version for direct site only.

    We'd love to have a feature to only push Notes section to some selective channels.

  3. When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

  4. It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.

  7. As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

  8. If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
    So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.

    If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

  10. Many fees are the same for every property, or for large groups of properties. It's a huge pain to have to add every fee to each property individually. There should be an option to set defaults globally and then override them at the property level.

    We are planning to provide bulk edit capabilities for Fees and Policies, as we did for Main Property Settings. Once the feature is deployed, setting fees across your inventory (or a subset you select) will be done in a couple clicks.

  12. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  19. When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.

    What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

  20. I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
    For example:
    - 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
    - 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
    - 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.

    The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.

    I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)
