How can you publish on amazon kindle as a new author?

No Way to Notify Guests Through Booking Channel When Deposit Is Returned
When the security deposit is automatically released, the guest only gets an email. There’s no way to notify them through the platform they booked on, like VRBO or Booking.com. That’s a big gap in communication.
We try to keep everything in one place so guests aren’t confused, and this forces us to rely on email when many guests don’t check it. We should be able to trigger a message through the booking channel when the deposit is returned, just like we can for check-in instructions or thank-you messages.
This really needs to be fixed.

It would be nice if we could duplicate triggers & templates then modify the duplicate ones.

Booking Date Variable for Guest Receipts (TICO Compliance)
Hi UserVoice Support,
We are requesting the addition of a booking date variable in the system, specifically to insert the date of the first payment (i.e., the initial booking confirmation) into guest receipts and booking communications.
This date is not only important for guest records and travel insurance purposes but is also a requirement under the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) guidelines. TICO mandates that travel agencies provide accurate transaction documentation, including the date on which the booking or first payment was made.

Add trigger condition for VRP payment method
The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.
We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

Improve Booking flow of Vrbo reservation
At the moment, a confirmed booking from Vrbo with success transaction is imported into Hostfully as NEWINQUIRY . Then the start of processBookingRequest method, we set the status as QUOTESENT. After the payment has been processed successfully, we change the status of the lead to BOOKEDBYCUSTOMER and then we thrown the NEW_BOOKING event.
This causes both triggers for 'booking inquiry' and 'booking confirmed' fired for Vrbo confirmed reservation which confuses our guests and miscommunication. Some guests may not be happy because they're asked to pay while they have done it already.

Triggers run for inactive properties
Trigger should fire for inactive properties. We deactivate the properties temporarily, but there are active reservations and we need automated messages sent to guests.

The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.
Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking. Use the full spelling of the month and day of the week on templates.
The month and day of the week are abbreviated on templates. Messages will appear less informal with the full spelling.

When booking changes houses. Notify both owners of the change
When a guest changes houses within their reservation the original owner should be notified of the cancellation and the the new owner should be notified of the booking.

Be able to fire manually a trigger even if the variable $LEAD_CONTRACT URL] doesn't have a signed contract
In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.
