Require government ID for all guests in a booking party.
Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

I need to collect every guest's identity or passport information, because of the local laws. I need update on guest information/pre arrival form, where I can request for everyone who stay's at our properties information.

Mountain Holidays in Japan would like this as a feature for pre arrival form, as they need to provide government ID for any none Japanese residents that stay with them to the local authorities

In the Pre-Arrival Form yo allow fields for each guest to give government ID details and not just the Primary guest. In Portugal we need to submit the ID details for each guest to a government website.
Or at least for the custom field to allow for multiple attachments so they can attach their ID's. The former would be better so we do not have to subscribe for another software like Checkin which does that.
