  1. On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.

    However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.

    This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

  2. Be able to select more than 1 of the service and select service per night.

    • For example, the breakfast price is based on one person, so if 2 people are staying they have no option to buy 2 breakfasts

    • If they are staying for 2 or more nights, there is no option to add breakfasts for additional mornings

  4. I recently looked at the details of a guest's fees who booked through VRBO. Instead of stating "cleaning fee" it said admin fee. I went to change it on Hostfully and realized there is not a drop-down box for cleaning. Can Hostfully add it as I know VRBO does allow cleaning fees.

  5. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

  8. At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.

    let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool

    i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.

    I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

  9. I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.

    However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.

    It's really inconvenient.

  10. like I said, I understand that. But whoever at Hostfully negotiates with Airbnb, if they could ask for that to change, that would make a difference in being able to book these Airbnb referrals. It doesn’t do us any good to know after the fact when the customers are questioning their total fees before booking and we have no idea what those are. I hope that makes sense to you now.

  14. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

  15. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  16. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  18. When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.
