  1. I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.

    Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.

  3. Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

  4. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  5. We have two listings. There's a cleaning company there that works on weekdays only, and we have a part-time employee there who can work on weekends only.

    So ideally I would be able to set up two triggers that created cleaning jobs at checkout for those listings -- one that assigned Monday-Friday cleanings to service provider A, and another that assigned Saturday-Sunday cleanings to service provider B.

    It looks like that could be implemented under "if these conditions are met", which comes up when a trigger event is "booking confirmed". The "choose field" dropdown would add "departure day is", which…

  6. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

  7. Example -

    If a guest has an infant in there reservation, target that communication to talk about a crib and pack and play

    IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

  10. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

    Also, templates sent to Airbnb and Vrbo sometimes have extra spaces or line breaks where they don't show in the template editor in Hostfully

  11. It would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails.

  12. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  13. At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.

    I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.

    I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.

  14. We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.

    Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

  16. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

  18. The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.

    This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.

    This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

  19. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.
