The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

Adding option to limit Estimated Departure time in Pre-arrival form
A PM would like to suggest a modification to the Pre-arrival Form. Currently, guests are able to enter any time for their Estimated Departure Time for the Pre-Arrival form, which may lead to confusion as they may think they can stay at the property until the time they input (even if it is past the designated check out time, such as 8PM). The submitted pre-arrival form (via Email and Pipeline Stay details) should be in the correct order (as in the form)
In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

Improve booking updated trigger condition
While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.
19 votesWe will have a new trigger entitled "Booking updated | date change" that will only fire if the booking has a change of check-in or checkout date. Then we'll also have the breakdown of "Booking updated | check-in date" and "Booking updated | checkout date" to dissociate between a change on check-in date vs checkout date.

Add the option to automatically send a message to guests near their check-out date, offering them to extend their stay for one more night at a discounted rate if the following night is available. I think it would be powerful for the system to automate this process based on an opt-in by the operator by property for a specific time period or seasons, with selectable discounts, and the system looks up the availability and triggers accordingly.

Have the ability to CC the 2nd owner email under "also cc these emails" in the owner tab when setting up custom templates and triggers to owners.

Messages for Airbnb pre-approval
Templates or trigger for Airbnb pre-approve. At the moment, there is no messages sent to guest when we Airbnb pre-approve the inquiry from Hostfully or the pre-approve is about to expire

Separate the review section for Airbnb and VRBO
At the moment, that is correct all reviews of both channels would be in the same place and be differentiate by channel's logo column. I want to have 2 seperate area for Airbnb and VRBO channels. That would be easier to manage the review.

Add a condition "If guest has not published a review yet" for custom trigger
They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review
This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

Channel messages should work with leads that were attributed to Vrbo
We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

Variable to pull domain name when a lead was created via website with Hostfully booking widget.
I made a custom template ("Reservation data") to notify our business partner about reservations that come through the Hostfully channel, and triggers for some events (for Booking request, Booking confirmed...). If I put the variable [$LEAD_CHANNEL$] in the custom template, the email notification only says "Hostfully". But if I look in the Dashboard, it says, for example, "inquiry on apartma-most.com via Hostfully". Can I put such information in the custom template, i.e.: "inquiry on <domain> via Hostfully"? I would like the business partner to be informed from which domain the reservation came through the Hostfully channel.
