  4. Guests often consider extending their stays, especially if nearby dates are open. This feature would automatically detect when the check-in day minus one or the check-out day plus one is available, and then send a customizable message encouraging guests to book those dates.

    Example Use Case:

    A guest books June 10–12.

    The nights of June 9 and June 13 are unbooked.

    The system automatically sends:

    “Hi [Guest Name], the night before and after your stay are still available if you’d like to extend your visit. Let us know if you’re interested!”

  5. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

  8. It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

  9. For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
    This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.

    If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

  12. My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

  15. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  16. Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

    We will have a new trigger entitled "Booking updated | date change" that will only fire if the booking has a change of check-in or checkout date. Then we'll also have the breakdown of "Booking updated | check-in date" and "Booking updated | checkout date" to dissociate between a change on check-in date vs checkout date.

  18. We really need the ability to toggle triggers for longer length stays. When we book for longer then 30days and up to say 6 months we are sending STR messages to guests

  20. Some integrations add notes in the lead modal. This information can be useful to operations. Could we please have a trigger event for Lead Note, so when a note is added to the lead modal, it could trigger a message with the Lead Note variable so the PM can see the note message WHEN the note is added?
