The first issue I have is with the date range on the owner statement report. I found out it is based on check in not check out date, which is the industry standard for property management. This needs to be fixed. When I choose 4/1 to 4/30, it should be guests that checked out between those dates. This is how the owners are paid for the month, based on check outs.13 votes
On enhanced reports allow use to report blocked nights (so we can show owners)
Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.2 votes
'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report
'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report that may need to be duplicated. This is an easier customer experience than our current process of using the URL and replacing text within that URL to duplicate a report. Some of are not tech savvy and we need to consider this when making a process for user's to follow. This is planned in 2 different projects:
- Occupancy report: will provide nights booked, number of bookings, occupancy rate, ... per property. This is in progress and targeted for a release in April
- Overall Analytics: this will provide overall KPIs for all your agency's properties. This is currently in the design phase - any suggestions/ideas are welcome!
Enhanced reporting - add report to show daily total after fees and taxes factored in, without a booking associated
It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.1 vote
Agent change log history for every booking
A change log history for every booking which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a booking
Basically a history log for all bookings.
Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.3 votes

Very simply, I would like to have a custom report of year-to-date # of nights booked by property sent to my inbox on a daily basis. I need this to ensure I'm in compliance with municipality regulations.2 votes
Ability to download the emails in the pre-arrival form
Our guests' emails via the Pre-Arrival form. We can not be download the email information via any enhanced reporting feature. For marketing purposes, it is important to be able to collect and download emails so that we can further grow our business.1 vote

Allow users to get a list of guests from specific location
I want to search for all my customers from Florida. However, right now it's not possible in Hostfully.
Or there should be a way for me to get a list of guests from Florida (maybe via Reporting feature?).

Enhanced Reporting - Make "Last Month" a quick default
When you run a report, the quick options for dates are "Last week" or "This week". I never use those. By far the dates I'm using most frequently are for "Last Month", so I would like to see that as an option.10 votes
Pre Arrival Form info exported to enhanced reports
Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.7 votes

In addition to the "when" and "who" is accessing the guidebook (currently provided), I'd like to see what areas of the guidebook they're accessing and how frequently, so I can see where I may need to improve it for future guests.1 vote

View all recent reviews in one report or place in hostfully. With multiple properties, it is too tedious to go through each property to read reviews. One report that displays all reviews would work great.9 votes
Email Analytics - Tracking of messages and quotes sent.
Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.9 votes
The analytics section needs a big rewrite. If I have booked a unit for a multi-month stay, my revenue says I am not making any money. I want to be able to get more information about each property like the ADR (pre and Post cleaning fees etc.) The number of my additional sales (pet fees etc.) Charts and graphs are also nice to have features so that I don't have to export to another program and create them myself.7 votes
I would like to be able to run a cancelation report for the day a reservation is canceled by guest services. If I canceled a rservation yesterday for a July booking I would like to be able to run that report for yesterday and see the cancelation. It is especially helpful for PM using VRP as not refund shows up on the transaction report.

Make discounts applied to bookings available through Zapier
Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.2 votes
