  2. We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

  3. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  4. If owners can create recurring monthly/weekly expenses one time and those are added automatically to the monthly statement and reports for the owners (except when they are manually removed), it will cut down a lot of manual expense adding every month for owners and property managers.

  5. I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week. For example where it currently reads" From December, 19, 2020 to December 26, 2020 (7 nights),…

  7. When I export a weekly report to cvs, it only includes the first name on the reservation even though the pipeline and calendar have the last name.

  8. Jane from Papagayo Luxury rentals would like a way to share a calendar report with her Concierge staff. The report would include the following:
    - Name of primary contact who is making reservation
    - Availability and blocks on calendars for given properties
    - Number of guests coming
    - This report should not include any financial information
