Make "long term stay exemption" visible on the tax details
When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.

Make the system recognize number values so that numbering properties will show up in order, instead of starting back at 1.
If the properties are numbered so we can see them listed in numerical value. Currently, if properties are numbered 1-15, for example, they will show as 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Can the system recognize the actual number value instead putting 10 after 1?

More intuitive user interface for owner invite
Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

Apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL and not the subtotal
I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.
For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

Able to delete the common space on property setting
Each time, I want to delete the common space, I have contacted CS to delete it from back end. I want to have the option to delete the common space on the property setting UI directly.

Have a variable for Bedroom to pull number od bed,
I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.
However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.
Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

Show character count in all fields with a character limit in Property Description Tab
Now that Airbnb and VRBO both have restrictions on the number of characters for Public Name and Long Description, it would be extremely helpful and more streamline to make those adjustments. Instead I'll have to copy and past into a word doc and the paste back into. It's kinda clumsy and time consuming as I have 20+ properties to adjust. Unless I am missing it somewhere. :)

4 of my 5 listings are subunits of what I would like to become 2 “whole house” listings
I want to be able to merge the 4 existing sub listings into 2 additional “whole house” listings, without having to create 2 new listings from scratch.

Improve the UI of Owner Adjustments
Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

Update the % at reservation note
As split payments set in the property settings do not apply to booking.com, if using payments by booking, can that info data include BDC? It is noted in Step 9 of the activating bdc help article.

Hourly Pricing Option for Listings
It would be beneficial to introduce the option for certain listings to offer hourly pricing. While it's understood that not all channels may support this feature, it would be valuable for direct bookings. This would enable us to rent office spaces, boat rentals, and other offerings on an hourly basis instead of nightly, providing more flexibility to our users.
