Allow Hiding the Agency Name in Either the Header or Footer of the New Direct Booking Site
Currently, the agency name is displayed in both the header and footer of the new Direct Booking Site. This creates a cluttered appearance, especially for users who prefer a cleaner, more minimal design.

Currently, the arrow allows for moving to another month on the widget somehow invisible on some devices. It would be great if we could make it friendly and adaptable to all devices.

Ability to exclude OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) reviews from the Hostfully Direct Booking Site
Currently, we count the reviews of OTAs on the Hostfully direct booking site, but they are not related to our direct booking site.
It would be better if we could have an option to exclude the OTAs review on the direct booking site.

As the new upgraded Direct Booking Site has now been released, we hope the Booking and Search widgets can receive a similar enhancement in the future to provide a more consistent user experience and better align with the updated design and functionality of the booking site

Change how checkout restriction dates are shown on booking widget
When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.
However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.
This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.

Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable
The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.
This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

Tax Exemption for Fee's Tax for DBS

- When I add 1 custom fee included tax for the fee. Ex: Dog fee = 100 - Tax 10% I want to have a option to add the tax exemption for this tax.

Add Devices error messages in the APP
When a PIN code fail to generate, an email is sent to the PM.
Would be good to receive those notifications in the APP as well.

Add the different symbol of the currencies on your Direct Booking Site
Add “USD $” as different as "CAD $" to avoid the guests assuming they are paying CAD when really it’s USD.

Option to Open Listings in Same Tab on Hostfully Direct Booking Site

When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:
It may be more efficient and user-friendly to have the listing open in the same tab, allowing users to view a property and easily return to the search results or Featured Properties list without needing to manage multiple tabs.3/ Rationale:

Like where is the very light switch how to retrofit this item etc. maybe in a welcome page, guest info guide, or a small “House FAQs” section. So if you have any suggestion where these things can fit . thank you

Google does not index units due to Dynamic Loading ("Infinite Scroll")
Google is not indexing all units on the direct site in Hostfully site because listings load dynamically on scroll without pagination. Solution to make this more fluid
