Color code for a transferred guest on calendar
It would be so helpful if we could create a new color code for the calendar so we can know when we transfer somebody over that block has a specific color so we know that it’s not a block that is a transfer from another property

Grey out existing reservations on calendar when adding a booking
When clicking on the plus sign to add a new reservation, a calendar pulls up and all of the dates are black so you don't know which dates are already taken by an existing reservation. Please grey out dates that already have an existing reservation so a new reservation isn't erroneously added.

Option to export the all property calendars at once (i-Cal)
I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

Calendar blocks should show minimum night rental blocks
Just like Airbnb has easily visible blocks when the minimum night is not available, it helps us from having to eyeball and discover or having to click every block. Info should be automatically showing up in a block that goes between bookings when we don't have the minimum night met and then when we have blocks, there should be a note in there that is visible so we don't have to manually click every single block to find out what it's for. Being able to drag and drop bookings from one apartment to another in the calendar is a great addition

Color Change based on Check-in/out
In Kigo, when a guest checked-out the reservation color changed on the calendar. This was very helpful for our front desk staff to quickly see at a glance what units were occupied. It would be great to see similar functionality in Hostfully.

Job Status distinguish by colors
I would like to suggest that "new" jobs be a red dot, and "scheduled" jobs be a blue dot, and "done" jobs a green dot.

Add Listing Name to Exported Calendar Details
The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"
When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.

add ical import/exports to the property management page
Currently we can only manage calendar import/export from the specific calendar management page. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if you have to add/manage multiple feeds to the same listing (from different external sources)
the page always refreshes and you have to choose the listing every time. it's very annoying. Also, we can't access these feeds from the property management page which is a more useful place to have this information.
Propose adding a calendar tab to the property edit view:

Please give us more configuration abilities when viewing the calendar: Print, display without prices, display xyz, etc.

pricing strategy
It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…0 votes
