Preserve pricing when modifying existing bookings (i.e. adding guests or additional nights)
We're noticed a flaw in the way Hostfully handles modification of an existing booking that we'd like to see corrected as it has the potential to overcharge guests.
Essentially, when you make a change to an existing booking (adding guests, or adding nights), if the price of the lodging has changed since the guest booked, Hostfully applies the new price to their entire stay, rather than simply applying any new charges.
For example:
Let's say a party of four books three nights in on of our lodgings at a rate of $100/night.
The lodging is capable of housing six, but…

Send multiple property quotes to a lead in one email from calendar
Currently you can send multiple property options to someone via the calendar but you cant present them with an offer or quote, just links to those properties. Its a bit time consuming and could be streamlined if we could create a Quote prior to the email stage. Essentially, from the calendar we generate the multiple property options to send via email but an additional step is allowed where we can go into each property to create a quote. Then we can send it all in one email.

It would be better if the owners can also see the rates on the calendar for their listings.

Calendar Pricing Periods - Enable To Copy To Following Year
Enable to duplicate calendar pricing to the following year.
Currently, once you've priced your periods in Agency Settings > Pricing Periods - the option to copy those periods across multiple years cannot be found.
This means the user has to manually input all the pricing periods again > which is very time consuming.
This simply fix will allow us to duplicate pricing periods for the upcoming year at the click of a button.

Weekend Rate Adjustment for Pricing Periods
Please add a Weekend Rate Adjustment option to the Pricing Periods feature. It would be great if it could be a dollar value as well as a percentage increase. It is very time consuming to go through each pricing period adjusting the weekends. This would make using the pricing periods much more better. Thank you!

Bulk edit the price and min stay per night
So we can now view the price and minimum stay per night in the new calendar beta. Great! But can we edit it for one or multiple properties at once?

Ability to print central calendar
Allow users to print the central calendar.

Regarding the new Hostfully Central calendar, for the sub units, I would like for it to open with sub-units open the first time so i don’t have to load the page twice.

Bulk edit days of the week allowed for check in/check out
As a company we only allow check in and check out on certain days, and that applies to all the properties we manage. We want to be able to change those settings once and apply it to all properties rather than updating each property individually.

single property calendar feedback
it would be really nice to have the direct link to the property listing page back again at the top right.
it is impossible to see the dates of a month when these are booked. See screenshot attached. It would be good to show the dates above the booked dates
back-to-back booking does not always have the white space in between. see screenshot attached
mouse over shows Channel, Guest Name, # adults and price. It would be nice to have check in/out date mentioned as well.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…2 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Adjust calendar to be consistently Sun-Sat
The new calendar view is Monday first, then Sunday last. But it's always been Sunday first, Saturday last. When drilling into reservation details, it's also Sunday first. Please adjust to be consistent and stick with Sunday first. It's very confusing.

Edit Calendar Settings
It would be nice to be able to edit calendar settings (ie: no check in allowed, nightly minimums, etc) in the central calendar. Currently, you have to go into the property level and edit that information on pricing. But it's really cumbersome when you have to do it that way when you're trying to make adjustments on multiple properties frequently. We do this during big holiday seasons as we fill up, we have to block check ins/outs on certain days to help stack the calendar for our turnover crews.

Change lead status from the calendar
It would be great if I could change the lead status (like it is on the pipeline) when I am going through the calendar view. For example mark it as paid, etc.

Convert block to hold or booking
Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…
1 voteThank you for the suggestion. We'll take it into consideration. Until then, we recommend that you crate directly a booking on the calendar by just setting dates and an email address, then Save. You can then come back on the booking later and add the extra information.

the channel manager should have more control
we need to be able to control the nightly minimum stay, or the actual price of the day without having to go through pricing software.
we manage pricing daily and sometimes need to just make manual changes in hostfully. with it being the PMS we should be able to control everything from here

Week in the Inbox and the calendars end on different days. Saturday/Sunday. Can they be consistent?
View in Calendar and View when quoting in inbox - week ends on different days. I would propose they be consistent. I've misquoted several times since the change to the calendar and with busy season coming, I see that it's going to be more of a problem.

Calendar change
Hello, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you guys know that the new calendar is not the greatest, personally last calendar was really helpfull because it was easy to see the properties in a more zoom out version, also easier to see dates because it showed the whole month and not weekly. The new calender is very zoomed in a couple of properties it only shows the week and its currently lagging a lot. I understand this is the beta but its a different perspective that consumes more time. I think you guys should go back…
