  2. It would be helpful if we can make the key color of the direct booking site customizable. This color would modify the Activate State of the Tabs (Calendar, Map, Reviews, etc), the book now, the calendar booked dates, the stars and subtext for reviews. These are all currently a green. Currently the Book now button on the widget is also more like a Cyan than the green used in other areas. All these colors should be consistent and ideally adjustable on the Direct Booking site settings. We can do this if we use widgets separately, but unable to customize within…

  5. It would be helpful to have a QR code to display in our homes so guests can scan and book again, directly on our website.

  6. When you do a query for certain dates and click on "email property list" I do not like how it gives a total. I want it to show the nightly rate in the email instead.

  7. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

    It would be much easier to enter the dates and guest count once in the main search and see the total displayed under each property's tile. It's nice that there's already the ability to…

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created).   8. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

I'd love it if you guys could team up with https://elfsight.com/all-in-one-reviews-widget/ and let them be able to use our reviews. 98% of my reviews are from Airbnb or VRBO so I don't use Hostfully's. However this link above offers a mesh set of reviews coming in from different platforms. This way I could show my direct booking reviews along with Airbnb & VRBO.   10. I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

  11. The price quoted in the email is deceptively high and would scare off guests since it is the total including the deposit and all fees. I would think that if they clicked on one of the properties in the email that it would show them a breakdown of how that figure was calculated. But it just takes them to the listing. Not a quote. ---Personally I'd prefer if this email would publish the nightly rate instead. Let the guests see all the fees and deposits later. This email should entice them, not scare them off.

  12. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

  13. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  14. I run a photo studio rental space business with 4 unique studios that require the entire management portfolio of Hostfully. The only caveat is that I need bookings by the hour rather than the day.

    Our system is currently using a hodge podge of applications to create our user experience. It would be wonderful to use a singular platform for communicating and hosting our studio renters. I wonder how simple a customer calendar solution could be for this? My requirements are the following:

    1. Replace the check-in/check-out day with a check in by the hour, check out by the hour.

  16. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  18. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!
