  1. Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.

    It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

  3. When you do a query for certain dates and click on "email property list" I do not like how it gives a total. I want it to show the nightly rate in the email instead.

  4. When a lead is generated on our sites (due to no availability) they are currently not input into Hostfully, but instead just emailed. It would be helpful to have the option of having lead information stored in hostfully so that we don't have to manually add them if we find a date that works for them, Also a phone number is needed to be captured on the lead form too, as sometimes our emails to these leads go to spam and we need a way to follow up,

  6. I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

  9. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

  10. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

  11. The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.

    If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20|%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

    That should escape the | to %7C:

  12. Not being able to modify DBS price display for Units once you click from frontpage shows an average price which is higher than half of our year and can turn away guests that are looking for lower prices. This is misleading guests.

    It should be exactly the same as the units that show on the front page.

  17. At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.

    However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

  18. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb

  20. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

    It would be much easier to enter the dates and guest count once in the main search and see the total displayed under each property's tile. It's nice that there's already the ability to…
