2. Add Approval Workflow for Hostfully Reviews

   As a Property Manager I would like reviews from direct booking guests to go into a "pending" status for me to review, edit and approve before posting to my direct booking site or pushing through the reviews API.

3. Display property's star rating on the main property page of direct booking page.

   When a prospective guest gets to my direct booking page, I want them to see all available properties with prices and star ratings.

4. Ability to rank the services presented to guests during payment flow

   1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings - Rather than just seeing a list of "service providers" with checkboxes, a section that displayed the providers and their services would be super helpful. The ability to toggle on and off those services at a property level would be even more helpful.

   3. Add the ability to delete individual services - At present, you cannot delete services from the edit provider page without deleting the entire provider.

   4. Add an indicator to deactivated services. - At present, while you can deactivate services by click into that services edit page, there is no indication that a service is active or deactivated from the service provider page. An indicator would be nice as a starting point. Even better would be an on/off toggle for each service on the main service provider page. So that you could activate/deactivate services without clicking into them.

   I imagine this would be especially helpful for seasonal rental equipment like pool floats, snorkels, snowshoes, etcetera.

   This is great feedback and we're currently designing for it.

5. Option to Open Listings in Same Tab on Hostfully Direct Booking Site

   1/ Current Behavior:
   When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.

   2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:
   It may be more efficient and user-friendly to have the listing open in the same tab, allowing users to view a property and easily return to the search results or Featured Properties list without needing to manage multiple tabs.

   3/ Rationale:
   Opening listings in the same tab may improve the user experience for guests who prefer a more seamless browsing flow. It avoids cluttering the browser with multiple tabs and can feel more intuitive, especially on mobile devices.

   4/ Additional Suggestion:
   Consider adding a setting in the Direct Booking Site configuration to let property managers choose their preferred behavior (open in same tab vs. new tab), giving more flexibility based on their audience’s needs.

9. Adding tax field for Guest Service on Direct booking site

   Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
   It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site

10. Have ability to customize the header for upselling items in checkout page.

    As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

13. Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable

    The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.

    This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

14. pet fee

    The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.

    This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

19. Adjust the footer of the new DBS

    For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.
