  1. As a PM I would like to have up to 500 characters to respond to a guest review so that I can be very detailed about my response. Right now, there's a limit of 255 characters.

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

  2. I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

    Property Name
    Transaction ID
    Total Price
    Taxes
    Number of nights booked

  3. The price quoted in the email is deceptively high and would scare off guests since it is the total including the deposit and all fees. I would think that if they clicked on one of the properties in the email that it would show them a breakdown of how that figure was calculated. But it just takes them to the listing. Not a quote. ---Personally I'd prefer if this email would publish the nightly rate instead. Let the guests see all the fees and deposits later. This email should entice them, not scare them off.

  4. When a lead is generated on our sites (due to no availability) they are currently not input into Hostfully, but instead just emailed. It would be helpful to have the option of having lead information stored in hostfully so that we don't have to manually add them if we find a date that works for them, Also a phone number is needed to be captured on the lead form too, as sometimes our emails to these leads go to spam and we need a way to follow up,

  7. Currently optional fees under Fees and Policies tab are not showing up on direct booking site and I want to them to work for this channel. Currently, the workaround is to create them as services and upsell during the checkout flow.

  8. At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.

    However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

  9. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb
    - Dates are restricted are grayed out
    - Dates are indeed unavailable/blocked are crossed out

  11. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

  12. I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

  13. Please consider offering a different booking window for direct website + hostfully booking widget vs other booking channels. For example in high season OTAs could have 2 week window and own website longer window to promote direct bookings.

    Alternatively, this could be achieved by creating blocks that do not apply to direct website.

  14. For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

  17. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

  19. Possibility to have different direct booking sites from the same agency and use it as different branding. manage properties but I'd like to have different tier of properties under different branding instead of lumping them into the same direct booking site
