   It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
   I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
   They have relevant and important information.
   It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

3. Add Approval Workflow for Hostfully Reviews

5. Ability to rank the services presented to guests during payment flow

   1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings - Rather than just seeing a list of "service providers" with checkboxes, a section that displayed the providers and their services would be super helpful. The ability to toggle on and off those services at a property level would be even more helpful.

   3. Add the ability to delete individual services - At present, you cannot delete services from the edit provider page without deleting the entire provider.

   4. Add an indicator to deactivated services. - At present, while you can deactivate services by click into that services edit page, there is no indication that a service is active or deactivated from the service provider page. An indicator would be nice as a starting point. Even better would be an on/off toggle for each service on the main service provider page. So that you could activate/deactivate services without clicking into them.

   I imagine this would be especially helpful for seasonal rental equipment like pool floats, snorkels, snowshoes, etcetera.

   This is great feedback and we're currently designing for it.

6. Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable

   The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.

   This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

7. pet fee

   The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.

   This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

11. Adjust the footer of the new DBS

    For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

    Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..

    As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

17. Able to skip the 1st first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button

    We have a booking page, generated by HF, on our website, currently the flow is
    - Guest enter the date > click on "see all properties"
    - Then the properties that match with the search date will be able to shown.
    - Guest can pick a suitable option from here to book with you.

    Is there a way to skip' the display of the first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button first?

    Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.

    It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

    This way when people find our website either through previous guests and/or social media campaigns, they know that we are a trusted host based on our experience with Airbnb and VRBO, but they don't need to go through those sites to book us and can save on the fees.
