  3. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  4. We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking.   5. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to automatically cancel unpaid reservations after a defined number of hours. This would help prevent calendar blocks due to unpaid bookings and reduce the need for manual follow-up or cancellations.

  7. Apologies if this has already been asked, I couldnt find it.

    Please can we add the filter option in pipeline "property tag". This is extremely helpful in the calendar view (so I can filter my properties by the location tag), and would be extremely helpful in the pipeline view so we can filter out properties by area managers.

    At the moment the manager filter doesn't work (perhaps the way our set up is), but it doesn't filter correctly for us.

    • we can add and remove a chargeable service to existing boooking
    • have a payment link (Stripe) for an extra payment if required
    • and I believe refund is already supported through order balance when it becomes negative (I hope)
    • it has to work for any OTA, not only for direct bookings

    This is useful if you want to charge for early check-in or late check-out, for example. And any other additional services an agency may have.

  12. A host goes to the pipeline to make sure everything is done for the guest but the envelope only shows up when the check-in instructions are sent manually through the Pipeline. There should be an option to identify a trigger as the check-in instructions and for the envelope to show up when it is sent.

  16. Current behavior:

    when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
    => the roomId is changed on Pipeline.

    => The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.

    Request:

    When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.
