    If guests enter the telephone numbers with double code, it will be imported with the wrong format.

    => We would like the system to automatically detect the country code and remove the redundant if guests accidentally add area code 2 times.

  6. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  7. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  12. This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

  14. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  15. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  18. When I add the order adjustment via Pipeline,
    If I I pasted the amount "3,031.56" > it recorded only "$3" which is not the desired amount.

    if you put a comma, the system is going to add only the numbers before the comma. The only symbol you should use is the period for the decimals.

    As the user, sometime I will not notice about the commas, could you please add the headup or show the error instead of inserting the number before the comma as now?

  19. It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

  20. Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.
