  1. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  3. We'd love to have a feature to show the payment processing fee and Hostfully processing fee on the order directly so we can easily subtract both fees when refunding the guests

  6. It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
    We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.

    Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

  7. We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

  8. Hi team,

    At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.

    It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.

    However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.

    it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

  9. Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.

    It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

  10. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  11. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

  12. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  13. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  14. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  16. If a guest makes a repeat reservation with the same email address, it would be nice if Hostfully would tag that guest automatically so we know it's a repeat guest. We host hundreds of guests a year so we try to remember names when we see them come through, but we obviously can't recognize every name and tag it

  17. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.
