  3. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…

  5. Adding the property name would be user friendly and easier to view reservations in the Pipeline when on "All Properties" filter. It is too hard to understand which property it is just by looking at a photo in the Pipeline.

  7. I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.

    As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.

    I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.

    The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

  8. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  9. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  15. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  16. Under the Data Tab in the booking, it says "Guest Invite: false". Normally there's a URL to invite guests to claim their account. If it shows "False" instead, it means the guest already claimed the account. For a better UI, I think it should be changed to "Account claimed" or anything similar to avoid confusion.

  17. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  18. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  19. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.
