  1. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  3. It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

  5. At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

  8. I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

    I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

  9. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…

  10. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  11. I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.

    As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.

    I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.

    The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

  12. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  17. When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.

  18. When viewing the lead modal via a browser on a mobile device, it is not mobile-friendly. The buttons for View Order, Create a Job, and Message are overlapping the x icon to close the lead modal, making it difficult to close the lead modal or click on any of those action buttons.

  20. I would like to request the ability to transfer payments between bookings. We recently had an issue where a guest had to be moved to a different property. We need a feature that allows us to transfer the payment from their original, canceled booking to the new one.
