Support Date Specific Airbnb Cancellation Policies
Airbnb just rolled out date-specific cancellation policies, details here:

I would love to have this functionality on Hostfully to provide more flexibility for cancellation policies throughout the year.

Allow Early Bird Discounts for Vrbo Beyond 36 Days (e.g. 90+ Days)
Currently, when configuring Early Bird discounts for Vrbo, the maximum lead time available in the dropdown is limited to 36 days. Some property managers need the ability to offer discounts for bookings made far in advance (for example, 90+ days) across multiple properties. Expanding this range would allow more flexible pricing strategies, improve competitiveness on Vrbo, and better align Hostfully’s discount options with real-world booking behaviors.

adding Veranda as a space under Rooms & bed types
Scenario: PM wants to map their photo with Veranda. However, “Veranda” is not an available space type in Hostfully at the moment, so it cannot be mapped directly.
We only have porch.From my research:
- A porch is typically a smaller, covered entryway at the front door for shelter.
- A veranda is a larger, often wraparound covered extension along one or more sides of a house, functioning as an outdoor living or entertaining space.=> The key differences are size, location (porch at the entrance, veranda along the side/front), and purpose (porch for entry/shelter, veranda for extended outdoor…

Merging Jacuzzi and Hot tub amenity for Airbnb
Currently, both Hot tub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped as Hot tub on Airbnb. However, the Jacuzzi is a bathtub which has jets. This is different than a hot tub. There shouldn’t be a hot tub amenity and a Jacuzzi amenity if they mean the same thing.

Tab grouping of property images and reordering by multiple selection of photos
I find it very time consuming to rearrange images and tagging them to specific spaces/areas, for example, to tag a listing with 80 images to each specific spaces such as living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, etc requires you to click into the image then select the tagging, then save, then repeat.
It would be much neater, if we could have tabs of different spaces, by just dragging them into the tabs, they are automatically tagged of the space. And by arranging the spaces tabs, it would arrange the order of the photos at the same time. This would be…

Multi currency for listings
VRBO only lists at USD/CAD. Our main listing currencies are in MYR. Pricelabs dont' support multi currency and even if it does, it still makes much more sense to publish prices to Hostfully before distributing to the OTAs.
Could Hostfully do something about multicurrency support? A simple way would be a fixed ratio (exchange rate) between a parent & child listing. We have normal listing as the parent and vrbo listing as a child. Then whatever the rates Pricelabs send to the parent, apply to the child after the exchange rate. I want to bulk import property data into Hostfully (things like amenities and bedroom counts). If there's a CSV file we can fill in the information, that will be great.

Half bedroom option
We use Hostfully as our content management system for our public web sites. In certain cases where a bed doesn't reside in a real bedroom, but rather in an office or study, or in a living room with a convertible sofa, we feel it is disingenuous to advertise the sleeping option as a bedroom. We'd rather present it as a 1/2 bedroom. See below screenshot of the property referenced here (we have several in that situation), where a sofa bed is available in a non-bedroom.

Automatically reject the unsupported photo format when uploading to HFL photos.
When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
=> I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.=> the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

consider the property Timezone to send Ical blocks
Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.
Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.
9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.
is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

Support different security deposit amounts for sub-units instead of using the master unit’s default in BDC
In Booking.com, the Security deposit amount of the master unit is used for all sub-units. Support setting up different security deposit amounts per sub-unit instead.
