Would be great to have more variables for late checkout like extra hours, extra charges, etc... this would be used when a guest pays for a late checkout for example, when they pay for 2 extra hours, the confirmation email should provide the new check out time, and the total hours their reservation has now been extended. Thank you!

Support a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship
My cleaner is working with 2 Agencies and whenever she logs in to the Service Provider Portal, she encounters an error. It turns out that Hostfully hasn't supported a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship.

Add tax options for services
We are legally required to tax services and Add-ons, however, the service provided portal does not allow us to add taxes. Currently we're having to manually build taxes into our pricing for services & Add ons, then our accountant's have to break that information out when the reconcile accounts.
In a perfect world, each property would have a "services tax rate" option, that would apply to any services booked for that property.

Add an at a glance view of services booked to the UI
It would be super useful to have an at-a-glance view of all booked services. At present, it is very easy to miss a service, since service provide notifications do not work correctly.
This could either be a calendar style view, or an addition to the logistics report.

Allow Service Providers to report issues and attach photos
Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

Add sorting to the Service Provider job list and allow filtering by dates
From our cleaners
the list of "jobs" is now in date order (hoorah!) BUT is reverse date order and there's no way to load additional pages, so I can currently only see bookings from Oct 9, 2023 to Oct 9, 2022.
More..."Hostfully doesn't let me sort at all 😆 But organized by date rather than by unit (and dates all mixed up within each unit grouping) is a step up. Once we can see all visits in this view I'll be able to see all notes, but for now the list only includes the 90 or so cleans furthest way…2 votes -
Ability to change the cleaning as per the weekends and weekdays and not the same all through the week
Need the ability to change the cleaning fee for weekdays and weekends and cannot be the same for the whole week.

Service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab
As a PM or a Service provider, I would service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab, along side the number of guests. It will help the Service provider plan and prepare better for the cleaning.

Let cleaners access notes about the job through calendar
At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

Create mid stay clean jobs
It would be great to create a Mid-stay clean that could be done easily by adding the time-specific trigger for job creation.
in our example, we offer a mid-stay clean for guests who stay more than 7 days.

Service Providers- PM's need notification when a job is 'declined' or pending
When a job is scheduled, Service Provider/Cleaner gets email with option to View, Accept or Decline.
Currently, only when the Accept option is chosen, will an email generate to give the PM get a notification.Can you please add a function so PM's receive an email when a Service Provider "Declines" a job ?
Why? So PM's can assure the job is assigned or reassigned appropriately. When many properites & jobs scheduled, how do we check declined and unassigned jobs?Part 2: Can support add a function /section that displays "Declined and Unassigned jobs?

Only 1 Service Provider can be assigned to a property..
Sometimes Cleaner 1 is not available to clean Unit A. When I look at Unit A's calendar for "June", I want to be able to assign some of the cleans to Cleaner 1 and some assigned to Cleaner 2. I don't believe this is possible.

Add internal notes fields in the owner and service provider sections under property settings
"Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
Likewise, for the Owner tab, entering additional information on multiple owners, owner requests, etc7 votes -
Create a list view of jobs and their acceptance status, sort able by creation date and job date
Currently, if you create 2 jobs on the same date, there is no way to find the 2nd job. Only one job shows up on the date in the calendar view and there is no list view.
Also, something indicating job status (accepted or pending) on the calendar view would be awesome. Thanks
