  3. Is there anyway in which an "event" such as "Owner Cancels Blocked Dates" can be added to Triggers and Templates?

    When a guest cancels a reservation we receive an email notification through a Trigger. However, when an Owner cancels a block we don't receive a notification. Twice we have had an owner cancel without letting us know so we did not cancel our housekeeping service for the owner stay.

  4. I want to send a statement to all owners at the end of each month. So I want the income and expenses to show and the owners adjustments to come off the rental income. I also want the owners adjustments which recur every month to be able to stay in the template and I fill out the amount each month. Some items stay the same of course. Right now it appears that we have to create an owners adjustment for every item every month. Is this correct?

    I'm looking for essentially a spreadsheet with income and expenses for the owner…

  5. This is for auto replies that kick in by a time based trigger of non response to a guest inquiry. This is for Guest inquiries and also current guests.

    For example if a booking agent is really busy and 30 min has gone by and they have not responded to an inquiry. Then the auto reply would kick in so that the guest would get a response.

    Ideally we could set the time frame. 30 min is just an example.

    It helps a lot for OTAs like AirBnb that track how quickly we reply to inquiries.

    Available in v5.0.0 of the Hostfully App: Prices and min stay per night are now available under the single property calendar.

    You can access the single property calendar from the stacked calendar: click on any property title and get to the monthly calendar view of that property.

  7. Currently, when my clients view the booking calendar for their short-term rental, there is no option for them to see the owner payout per booking by hovering or clicking on the reservation. This information is crucial for my clients as they want to see what they are making on each booking/weekend, etc.

    I would like to propose adding a toggle option for the price per booking view in the Owners Dashboard Calendar. This option could be located in the "Owner" tab / settings area, similar to the existing "Show guest information to owners" checkbox. Additionally, it would be helpful if…

  8. Version 1 of the app allows for guest messaging via email/ Airbnb message only. It does not allow you to select SMS messaging. Please enable SMS messaging as many of our guests prefer that communication.

  10. The owner portal does not color code the calendar to show which booking platform was used. Please make the owner calendar color coded as well so our owners can see which platforms the bookings are coming in from.

  12. This is a minor annoyance, but should be a quick fix.

    In the Pipeline, the guests stay is labelled a "x days" however, length of stay in a short term accommodation is pretty much universally referred to as "x nights."

    Again, it's not critical, but seeing "x days" does throw me off a little. It would be an improvement if the cell was labeled "nights"

  14. I just started using VacationRentPayment. To cancel a reservation, I cancel the the reservation within Hostfully and then
    issue the refund within the VacationRentPayment
    platform, since I can't do that within Hostfully the way I can with Stripe. At that point, I need a way to be able to record that refund (or other payment) within Hostfully so that all the reports are accurate.

  16. Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
    Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
    As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.

It would be so useful if we could access the pipeline and do the actions allowed in the pipeline from the mobile app. It basically only allows you to view things, very little action can take place. I found it interesting that you make it so we can cancel a reservation but not update, request payment or any of the things that we do regularly. Cancelling is the last action we want to take.

    On the mobile app, you can now:

    - apply "pipeline actions" for each reservation, depending on their status (put on hold, mark as paid, record a payment, cancel, ...)

    - edit any reservation detail

    - send any template you have pre-written within your web PMP's account

  18. I would like the landing page my guest sees after submitting the pre arrival form to be white labeled. It currently has a Hostfully logo and says "start your free Hostfully account" instead of "start your free guest account".

  19. I use Financial Reports Export often for what is booked this year.
    The quick choices are THIS MONTH and LAST MONTH.
    I use THIS YEAR a lot so have to constantly choose the dates which isn't always quick as it refreshes between each choice.
    Can we have added a THIS YEAR and LAST YEAR quick option?

  20. Would be great if service providers were only shown the properties they had been assigned by the agency on the multi-cal view on their account. We'd rather they didn't see every property and it makes it easier for them to quickly see at a glance the calendars for all the properties they manage.
