add trigger for arrival form completion
Here is the ideal scenario.
Guest books and receives a welcome message and an arrival form. In the message, it lets him know that the access code will be sent upon completion of the arrival form.
Once the guest completes the arrival form, I would have created a trigger for arrival form completion (which doesn't currently exist) and the guest will receive the access information.
This flow makes a lot of sense. That would make the interaction a little more organic ensuring that the guest cooperates and fills out the arrival form.
I hope this feature would be easy to add, and I appreciate the consideration in making our workflow seem more organic and effective.

I wanted to have the completion of the pre-arrival form a trigger to send a custom template.This would encourage the guest to complete the pre-arrival form in order to complete the reservation process and receive a custom template of the guidebook and welcome message or door code.

This is exactly what I want as well. This should be a trigger so once they fill out the info you can trigger the info welcome guide book. Please let me know when this is done. Thanks!
