Improve Dashboard Functionality
I find that the information on the Dashboard is not very useful to me. I would like the dashboard to show high level performance like Occupancy rates, YTD and MTD revenue etc.. I suggest the following:
- Configurable components on the Dashboard (allows users to display or not display the component
- Total Revenue by month (a graph that shows revenue by month, similar to what AirBNB shows), allow filters by property
- Total Occupancy by month - allow filters by property
- Improve the notifications section, currently I think it is broken - it shows old information and I don't find it too useful. To me it should show me important information like, upcoming checkins, checkouts. Any errors in the system (like unable to synch to AirBNB), it should show suggestions on how I can improve my listings. For example if AirBNB adds a feature that I can take advantage of.

I use the booking report and I am not able to add pet fee to the report because it is not a listed fee to add in the report. Please make this an added selection for a fee

Recommendation: More robust inbox that includes dashboard and pipeline data, and calendar view of current guests being viewed.
Issue: Property data /dashboard doesn't have a drop down box to move between properties using a search feature (tags). You are currently forced to go back to another tab just to get to another property
Recommendation: Insert a property search and drop down from the main property page
Issue: Team members arere scattered about and doesn't allow you to select user roles assign them to multiple duties or properties from one setting
Recommendation: Using my IGMS example...create a team member tab that allows full functionality from one place. We should be able to assign a cleaner to multiple properties from their individual dashboard instead of having to manually add them to each property
Issue: Templates and triggers can be consolidated (See my IGMS example).
Recommendation: Allow from the property dashboard the ability to create a trigger and trigger in one setting.

I don't use the dashboard in its current form. I would like it to be my central hub.
I would like to see widgets at the top showing my current Daily Occupancy, month to date statistics and something showing me what activities are occurring today (check in, check out etc) -

The analytics section needs a big rewrite. If I have booked a unit for a multi-month stay, my revenue says I am not making any money. I want to be able to get more information about each property like the ADR (pre and Post cleaning fees etc.) The number of my additional sales (pet fees etc.) Charts and graphs are also nice to have features so that I don't have to export to another program and create them myself.

For now, The occupancy and the total revenue can be checked in the section Report in Hostfully. The notification now only shows check-in/out today and I see your feedback about that is a great idea to be noticed.
